CHINESE BANKS CONTROLLING POLITICS WITH MONEY: This paper is a result of the cooperation between the two NGOs BothEnds (NL) und Green Watershed (CN). Both participated in the EU-China NGO Twinning Program. In the first place, the publication describes the work of both NGOs as to monitoring the Green Credit Policy Guideline of the People’s Republic of China, which came into force in 2008.
